What started as one woman's dream to bring authentic French baking to her hometown has grown into a cornerstone of the Willowbrook community. This is our journey.

From Lyon to Main Street

Maria Santos always knew she wanted to bake. Growing up in her grandmother's kitchen, she learned that bread isn't just food—it's love, tradition, and community all rolled into one. But it wasn't until she spent two years training in Lyon, France, that she truly understood the artistry behind every perfect croissant.

When Maria returned to Willowbrook in 2017, she carried with her not just technique, but a vision: to create a place where neighbors could gather, celebrate life's moments, and taste something extraordinary every single day.
